This item is exactly as described and was delivered quickly. I needed to use it lengthen the cord on a recently-purchased blind. Initially I found it difficult to know how to thread the cord in the mechanism and found a YouTube video showing how to use a hacksaw on part of the mechanism, however I fortunately then found out that the outer side of the mechanism pulled out, making it very easy to thread the new cord. Am very happy with the purchase.
