They replied not until next day , ~24hrs "refuse cancel / already shipped " but now 48 hours after order, no tracking info provided " awaiting shipment" .Basically they lied to keep the sale . I since found exact items later for 40% less, which explains their reluctance to cancel . IMO AVOID this amazon flpper

Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."
