    The first item was lost (no refund offered) which I am angry about as I have paid for the item and delivery of it and now the second order (re ordered) has not been delivered after almost 3 week. I have emailed/messaged the seller who informed the item was posted out last Friday, yesterday they informed that it had not been collected for delivery. I am very annoyed and frustrated. I have now paid for 2 luxury candles at over £55 and still waiting for delivery.
