If the gearbox shows errors, please send them to us immediately. Additionally, you should describe to us what is happening with the gearbox. Even though we give instructions and even though we check the equipment we send under road conditions, it may happen that something does not work properly. We give a 1-year warranty and are always there for our customers.

The costs of shipping part of a justified complaint are our responsibility. We are not responsible for assembly and disassembly costs, but we can do it free of charge in our workshop.

I got the impression that the seller was very competent and it felt safe to order such an high value item. The gearbox arrived about one week after purchase. It was in very good condition and the workshop who mounted the gearbox to my car was impressed. This gearbox in Sweden would have been about double the purchase price. Highly recommended!

Très bon produit, mon mécanicien était très satisfait de la qualité de la boîte à vitesse, de l’huile et les accessoires qui vont avec. Très bonne communication avec le vendeur qui est assez réactif. Le seul bémol a été la livraison, pièce achetée le 4/7 pour une livraison le 13/7 mais livrée le 21/7 parce que le vendeur était en vacances, c’est dommage parce que je n’ai pas été prévenu mais je recommande fortement !!
