    Flavour and health.

    Emmer was the first harvested grain back as far as 17,000 BC. It is a very basic flour with twice the proteins etc. of modern flours, is excellent on flavour and bares no comparison with modern flour grown for weild. Postage unfortunately ups the price so best to buy in bulk.
