    Prompt delivery & quality. Pleased with this item which updated our old alarm to a smart alarm that we can control with our phones. Easy to monitor remotely. I’m an electrical/electronic engineer, worked in IT/WiFi routers etc. and I have fitted/worked on alarms before and therefore found installation pretty straightforward although the online instruction site was briefly down. Good support from seller. We’ve had some issues with the smartthings app (Samsung) but hopefully they are now fixed.

    All good and as description and photos. Brought back to life a 28 year old CK 300 /Active 5 system which i last used 12 plus years ago. Followed videos and online tutorials to wire up and connect to my phone. Couple of things to iron out due to faulty PIR and tamper wire fault.These problems were not caused by the Smart Alarm, and i will sort them during the holidays to get full use of the new system.Required new battery and one PIR (wear items) plus the Smart Alarm but still a good investment.

    Burglar alarm conversion kit, which seems to be the Konected kit, which is great. Kudos to the seller for creating a web page with a great description and how to video guide. I haven't installed it yet but with the instructions available, it would be fairly straightforward to do.
