Fantastic chip preprogrammed with zones in and out use with app but i would recommend run in parallel with alarm box on or off by using opto isolator and is great with home assistant and smarthings ..................... inputs neg voltage outputs positive opto isolator can take 12v dc use with breakout esp8266 board leave all wires in alarm pannel take one wire per zone or bell out or strobe positives
