Item as described. Vacuum packed. Received in 2 days. These have open hinges, which I worry might catch clothing, so I have sleeved them. The first one helped so much, I bought the same for my other knee. I thought I might have to cut a hole at the back of the knee where it presses on the joint when my leg is bent, but it is comfortable.
