    Definitely helps with digestion

    I have crohn's, which is in remission at the moment, and I do find I have to be careful with my diet. This is the 2nd month that I have been having two of these before each main meal and I find them quite helpful with digestion and bloating. So much so that I recommended them to my daughter who has food intolerances and she finds that they help her too.

    Aids digestion not "wind"

    They appear to aid with digestion...I make this statement as I have no gall bladder which impairs me from digesting fats properly causing me acid reflux.. I appear to have a lot less episodes of reflux when taking these tablets, however has not helped with "gas" problem lol

    have had M.S. for a 30 years quest digestive enzymes are essential if I have any food only thing that could be better is more betane HCL or acid which a lot of people lack but would stillk recommend

    Great

    Since I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago I've had terrible digestive problems even though I eat healthy I couldn't digest food and had chronic diarrhoea. These work a treat and would recommend them, wouldn't be without them now. Anyone without their gallbladder give them and a good liver support supplement a try.
