Terrible product, horrible service and abysmal customer serviceFirstly, I bought this product for candle making, but it doesnt mix with the wax and when lit, the power just separatesand doesnt burn with the wax. The dyes arrived late. But worst of all I was deliberately sent the wrong items that were cheaper than what I ordered, but they refused to refund me the rest of my moneyAnd Ebay said there was nothing they could do...

We are totally confused with this one. We sent you 5 extra colours as a random act of kindness and you complained several times. We said we would take the free colours back but this still wasn't acceptable. The items were delivered on time, were the correct items (plus the 5 free ones) and if used correctly they will make beautiful candles that burn well in the wax.
