Buttons are worxing fine now!
Neutralized inner layer adhesive by dusting-in precipitated calcium carbonate.
Perhaps this can be automated - reduce chances of stuck contact.
Thicker board-side film would help make buttons less sensitive.
Great to have this product on-hand for repair or preventative use!
