Diesel Compression tester
A remarkably low price for such a kit, with the pressure gauge extending up to a useful 1000 PSI. There is one catch, though - the smallest, 10 x 1 glow plug adaptor requires an 11 mm deep socket to use, whereas the actual glow plugs require a 10 mm socket! This may not be a problem for everyone though. Other than that it did the job nicely, once I'd made a Frankenstein's monster adaptor using another compression tester kit!A remarkably low price for such a kit, with the pressure gauge extending up to a useful 1000 PSI. Does the job - reasonable price
This does the job and was a good price, the only issue is with the manual (slip of paper - tiny writing); this tells you which adapter should fit what engine but it does not show you which adapter is which, so its a bit trial and error. I used the glow plug entry. Once I worked out which was the appropriate one everything worked very well (make sure you use an adapter that is the same length or shorter than the glow plug! The spring connector to the adapters worked very well (previous ones I've had were temperamental). I answered yes to good quality (it was either yes or no),the better answer is it's good quality for the price you pay; I'm sure if you paid more the quality would be better (and the manual). Nice easy to read gauge that goes up to 1000 psi, perfect for diesels (and probably ... Bought This for Nissan x-trail which the pamphlet says it fits. It does not fit. also the pamphlet shows which one to use designated by a letter there are no letters stamped anywhere on the adaptors or on the plastic blow moulded case

Tool is well made and well priced with a large selection of adaptors to fit a lot of different makes of engine. Quick release coupling to the adaptors simplifies screwing in the adaptors just clip on tester when ready.
