The Delivery driver knew nothing about the Tyres. So, the scooter went back to supplier. Melissa at custmer service was absoluely wonderful from the moment the order was put in and it was out of stock she managed to find one for my 91 year old dad who's just had to stop driving his car, to when I phoned with a query as to how to get the scooter to unfold which she talked me through and sent an email as well. A big thank you.
