Poor design of battery positioning and poor quality 3 pin connector which does not attach securely. Chassis prone to breakage.
After 15 months careful use with only 1 x 9.5 stone rider, the front chassis/frame assembly that attaches to suspension and steering snapped in 3 places. the location of the breaks rendered repair by welding unsatisfactory despite 3 attempts. I need a new part to repair the scooter but this part is not available from any of the European suppliers ! consequently i have now been stranded without the scooter for 2 months! For this reason I cannot recommend this scooter although it performed well enough for 15 months prior to this. my scooter was purchased from Green Power and supplied with a lithium battery with a poor quality connector that comes loose on any bumpy surface causing a short which stops the scooter and melts the 3 pin connector housing. Furthermore, it was supplied with the ... A life changer.
Considered a few scooters before buying this one, the package that i bought was wearth every penny, had the throttle changed to left hand side, extra battery, and the 3 year warranty/service plan. Up to now found it better than a car to use except subject to the weather court out four times in the rain and it still performed as it should, was worried about it stopping but it did not. Having two batterys is the way to go as in the winter it gav me comfirdence at night traveling on the road, Its ability to climb hills is brilliant with the 1000 watt moter and endurance , Had it for a year now and found it great except in shops it is a bit large for moving about, on the whole performs great, Had no problems with it and it has done 372 miles fault free. Very happy with the service of it and ...
