It does what it says for a reasonable price. How can I expand on that?
The server looked sad. It was winking an orange light to say that one of the disks in the RAID array had failed, and that made the charity sad as they didn't have the money for a new disc. Fortunately eBay came along and had what they needed at a slightly more reasonable price, and so this disc turned up in the server room. It took 30 seconds to whip out the failed disc and put the new one in (although the office manager watching me said it felt like an eternity - she'd never seen anyone hot-swap a disc before!) and the server happily started rebuilding the array and winking an altogeter more encouraging green light at all those who cared to watch. Two days later it hasn't failed and none of the charity's users have noticed any difference whatsoever. I can't think of any stronger ... The server looked sad.
