I messaged the seller for a quote for a round piece of foam. They quoted me £10-99. The listing doesnt cater for custom orders so I purchased the nearest size, and asked to be invoiced for the remaining £2-00. I added personalisation in the box provided at the same stage. I THEN messaged the seller advising them I had bought some foam, and to view the attached message. I then received a load of excuses about how Ebay works etc & he sent me a square piece of foam. I will never buy from them again
