      The camera side connection is not very useful

      The camera side connection is not very useful, as it is a non-standard dovetail and NOT a standard M48 or M42 male threaded connector. If it had standard M48 male camera side connector, which could thread into norm t-ring or astrocamera image train it would be great, but it does not. Vixen's connection decisions are VERY STRANGE. This part will require an expensive custom part to be useful. On the positive side, its M60 female scope side, though unusual, threads great onto my Vixen FL55ss FR or FF. The 360degree rotation is also very nice and needed for my Vixen FL55ss, as the FL55ss attachment to its dovetail is fixed without any rotational possibilities.
