I dislike contacting sellers to ask for a shipping status on my purchases. Arrived safely in a box but without any packing material. Fortunately, item and tag survived the trip. Overall, the shipping charge was reasonable and the item has no flaws. I wish there was more communication but glad to have my item. Thank you.
