The cheeses arrived well packaged in a box layered with paper packing as well as thermal jiffy bags that contained chemical ice packs. Box had fragile tape. All 4 cheeses were in tact, undamaged, good condition. Similarly 4 chutneys were all well packaged and arrived undamaged. We haven't eaten the Cheese Celebration Tower as yet but in terms of service, delivery time, value for money - 10/10
