It was just what i wanted, a good quality, thick sturdy non slip mat. Infact I'm SO impressed after the 1st use, I immediately measured up to see if I could fit another one in! I can, so ordered right away! I only wish I'd known of this company before & i'd have covered my entire home gym floor with these mats. But atleast I have a couple for the floor work area.
