Customer was refunded for 2 fish that were unfortunately missing from the order. No issues with any of the fish on arrival and confirmed they were in perfect health. Buyer selected fish on the basis of colour instead of compatibility. As per our description on all of our listings, please research prior to purchasing or at least ask the question. This would avoid unnecessary issues and complaints on receipt of fish.
