It was purchased on the off chance to mainly reduce bloating, must I say it has done this and will be purchasing more when finished. This is taking 1 per day as stated but it may not work for everyone as we are all different but try it as you never know. It has also helped with celiac, as had this since birth and gets very bad. Also being tablet form it does not need to go in the fridge and easier to remember. Excellent product for the digestive system.
I have diverticulitis (a disease of the large bowel) and used to suffer from indigestion and diarrhoea, but since taking Lindens Probiotic Daily, just one capsule per day, my digestive system has settled down and I am well pleased.
