arrived promptly and since taking them have noticed a slight improvement in my energy levels. I only had a funny taste once when the thing was disolving at the back of my throat as took it with a hot drink - otherwise no fishy taste for me thank goodness. Down side is the size of the capsules. They are shaped for ease of swallowing but my, I have struggled and gagged a few times so only brave enough to take one a day. I take on an empty stomach - not sure if that is correct???

    big capsules

    I did feel better after a few days of taking but that effect has tailed off unfortunately. I also had difficulty swallowing them due to their size despite them stating 'easy swallow'. I don't think any of these capsules from any manufacturer come any smaller so am unsure if I will be reordering any further supplement, shame
