    A Healthy Product

    The cod liver oil seems to be good for general health and to ease some of the symptoms of osteo-arthritis. However I am not medically-qualified and cannot say for sure whether the apparent improvement is due to the cod liver oil alone, or to ther factors! It is however clear from published sources that cod liver oil is good for boosting the immune system.
