If you wish to return your purchase, no problem however we request you please inform us via phone (01642) 787640 within 72 hours of delivery. Returns must be made at your own expense and within a maximum of 14 days from purchase. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and satisfactory condition of the goods we will issue a refund but minus the original delivery charge. We regret that we cannot accept returns once the item has been cut into or used in any other way.

Some items will be subject to special orders and cut once your order has been received examples are Altro & Polyflor products & Hugh Mackay & CFS ranges, once cut upon order these ranges will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.

Faulty goods will of course be handled and replaced at no further cost to yourself. If your product is faulty we ask you please advise us within 48 hours.

Please note we will only deliver to the Mainland UK, Islands, Scottish & Highlands must contact us first prior to purchase & check the cost of postage.
