Rude, unhelpful and poorly labelled. I had chosen Argos as the collection point (not unusual) item was returned to seller as there was a problem with delivery. Resent (had to chase for tracking details) but no notification received to collect it. Asked for help from the seller and was told to ‘be an adult and sort it myself’. Staff in Argos did manage to find it despite it having no name on the address label, not even the store name and nothing inside to indicate who it was for (they opened it)

The most painful sale I've ever made on ebay! I've been trying to find the address I was given, sadly I can't, it wasn't even in normal address format which was why it was returned. Then given a shorter version to send it to. Plus, not even given a name for the delivery so that explains that. I had to solve every problem including how the tracking number worked and send updates on where the package was. I'd suggest not sending parcels to an Argos in a shopping centre!
