    I am new at Yoga and this dvd was very difficult for me. I am almost 70 years old and Yoga was suggested to me for my joint strengthening.

    Yoga was suggested to me by a Doctor in order to help with my joint strengthening. I could not get past 15 minutes. This was very disappointing for me. I will not be able to use this video.

    Not really for beginners

    The expert demonstrated breathing in great detail. When she started doing positions, she only named them and did them. She did not explain proper body positions. I worry about getting hurt without proper alignment.
