    I ordered and paid on May 21st on May 28th I had not heard from them at all so I sent them a message within an hour I had a tracking number I received a message the next day exact words (item shipped yesterday a day early) apparently they need eight days to pack and ship a small item then another 5 days later the item arrived 13 days total from payment to delivery had they sent an email saying thank you for your purchase or something I wouldn't have cared . Shackles appear to be well made
