Complete nightmare with communication. They either don't read contents of email or don't understand, regardless of which, I am totally frustrated with just getting copy and past of tracking details in response to any information or questions I have raised with them. My recommendation can only be based on my experience of customer services provided - even if I received my order tomorrow and it was perfect, I would not used again due to the poor service I have received.

Very poor experience please find another seller. The item arrived smashed due to incorrect and very flimsy packaging. I notified them straight away and explained this. They said they would send a replacement, but never have. I asked for a refund and they ignored this. I can't believe this was all over a £5.77 item. This is the worst seller I have used on Ebay.
