      Very effective for the low price

      Works well on most insects particularly, mosquitoes which was the main reason I purchased it. The larger the insect which that hits the electrical grid the more there is a loud zapping noise. Most of the dead insects land on a removable bottom tray. Some stick (particularly moths) to the grid but are easily brush off. Negatives. The power lead is a bit short just over a metre long, which restricts the positioning without an extension lead. The spacing between the electrical grid is not close enough to get sometimes the smaller flies but usually gets my main antagonists, mosquitoes. Overall I am happy with this device especially for the price.

      Overall a great product

      First one delivered, unwrapped, plugged in, switched on, large white flash and the whole of the house power tripped. Replacement sent by company, had it about a week now, no flies pestering us or the cats but with the door open with the hot weather lots of noise as flies are exterminated. Would buy again

      Explosive power that does exactly what you want a bug killer to do!

      Unlike so many smaller, cheaper units that simply do not attract the flies or even stun them this unit is incredible! The sharp, explosive "crack" as a bug makes contact with the "power grid" doesn't just make us jump it has our dog pleading for ear defenders! The twin 15 watt tubes also provide more light than you need to safely transit your kitchen in the dark . . . a win both ways!
