My item arrived promptly and was securely packaged. When unpacked you could see the loft hatch including folding metal ladder was well made and the size was exactly as described by the seller.
As I've never installed one of these before, I found the installation instructions a little fiddly to understand as there were no words to go with the installation drawings, but with a bit of patients it all went together as designed. I'm very pleased with quality and service of this purchase.
