Do not know what item is like as it still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately it is being sent by Parcel Force delivery. It is now 3 days overdue and their tracking is a joke. It says it took 3 days to issue a code. This is not the suppliers fault other than to use Parcel Force who can always be guaranteed to not deliver on time or close to posted date of delivery.
