    Challenging

    I knew being a Jillian Michaels DVD it would be tough. I was surprised how challenging Level 1 was, though! (Completely doable for beginners with modifications). This is perfect for days I can’t make it to the gym! Definitely got my money’s worth.

    Love this DVD

    This was my first Jilian Micheals DVD. I am a Cathe Freidrick fan. However, I loved this workout. I was dripping with sweat afterward which surprised me with it being yoga. I feel I got a "workout" not just stretching. I also liked that is was short. Great for days when you don't have a lot of time.

    Worth a purchase to add to a Jillian lineup

    Not my favorite Jillian workout that I have, but worth having in the lineup. Lower impact and intensity than most of her workouts, but a much better workout than a typical yoga DVD.

    I just started doing Yoga less than 2 months ago & this is the best one yet. I think no I know that Jillian MICHAELS is the best PERSONAL TRAINER in the world, she is top dog at whatever workout she does(Aerobics, Yoga, Kickboxing).

    This DVD is actually for my wife who requested a good yoga video that wasn't a beginners video. In short, it delivers on burning calories, but just as importantly, balance, stretching, and strengthening are elevated.
