Was missing parts of the awning and one pole was damaged, this was quickly resolved by the saller by supplying a replacement pole and ordering a new foot print, which is on back order, but will post once they receive it. Very happy with awning. Good communication from seller. It was also missing its carpet as per photo in advert, but this was a typo error, seller to amend this to to others getting confused.
Looking forward to many happy holidays in this lovely awning.
