How many days do I have to return my order?

This has not been the most pleasant experience for me. The item purchased was not sent as the correct item. My order clearly stated a dragonite tin and I received a Meowth tin. I opened the tin and it had no Pokemon cards. I left a negative review and then started a return. The sellers contacted me and advised the tin was sent to them empty from a factory and they have CCTV of them packaging it and they advised they did not tamper with the product.

Another lover of freebies. You were sent a factory sealed tin of cards, it cannot be repackaged and we don't need it at all for the sake of £10.
