Item requires easy home assembly, but no report was made before the item was assembled, only a message from buyer once assembled stating they needed to use the product that day - we do state not to assemble before contacting ourselves if any issues, so we can guarantee the damage did not happen on assembling the product by buyer.

This is just as described. However the box arrived badly damaged with footprints all over it. Thankfully the cover survived inside the box but only just. Clear instructions and I was able to put it together myself. To fit the wall brackets you would need a drill, and a bit of skill to measure precisely. I have found it stable enough without (but I don't have tiny children to pull it over).

Rude and non helpful
Radiator cover all different colours and grill had black shaded circles . Stated i would only get a refund if returned in saleable condition ! Box alone badly damaged on arrival pictures sent of delivered item and product and would not even give some money back stated it was listed that the cover would have different colours. IT WAS NOT listed with disclouration or possible missing parts

Item is real oak veneer, and will have slight grain colour difference due to being REAL OAK, which would of been visible when opening the box, and before assembling the item. Buyer chose to assemble and use, then demand a refund, being abusive in messages. Sadly both ebay and our returns policy states returns are accepted in original condition as shipped, but wanted to retain the order and receive a refund - Sellers be aware !!!
