After an initial scare where I thought the wrong item had been sent, spoke to a very nice lady, Jane, who explained my welding rods were actually inside more packaging to keep them safe during the delivery process. Great customer service, will definitely use again!

As described and delivered on time. Only problem being Evri, who left it wedged in the letter box for anyone so inclined to help themselves to it. No knock on the door or a ring of the bell, but that's Evri for you, presumably their delivery people are trained in stealth delivery, you don't hear them and you never see them. The first you know is when you get a message telling you it has been delivered with an accompanying picture, sometimes they even manage to deliver it to the right address.
