Ai sensi del D.L. 15 gennaio 1992 n. 50, il consumatore può avvalersi del diritto di recesso inviando comunicazione a mezzo raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, che si intende spedita in tempo utile se consegnata all'ufficio postale accettante entro i termini previsti dal presente regolamento, LGVELETTRONICASRL, entro e non oltre 10 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce. L'avviso di ricevimento non è, comunque, condizione essenziale per l’applicazione dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso. In caso di sussistenza dei termini per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso il venditore autorizzerà il consumatore alla restituzione della merce. La merce resa senza autorizzazione del venditore sarà respinta e resa al mittente. Ad autorizzazione ricevuta, il consumatore è tenuto a restituire la merce entro 7 giorni, pena la decadenza dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso.
