The product did not have a complete description. At first I wanted to return the product at his expense. he didn't reply to my message. Later, I sent him other messages, proposing a different solution. He didn't reply to any message. He left me no choice. What good can I say. The product was delivered on time in factory condition.

Very fast postage , looked exactly as described , however the unit was faulty . Advised supplier of issues , bad pilot arc , supplier said to take cover off and adjust spark gap . This proved marginally better but pilot arc still hit and miss . Supplier sent replacement very quickly however this one was worse than the first . Advised supplier that both units had Cut 40 pc boards inside . These are not 65 amp plasma cutters , max output 38 amps, appear counterfeit . Supplier gave full refund .
