Messed around with the delivery date. 'Engineer' scratched it when assembling it & didn't give any training, probably because he didn't put it together properly, as when I turned a corner the seat didn't turn with the scooter & I almost fell off! The foot mat is loose because he bent the rubber securing pins. It was left unrideable as it was & EXTREMELY unsafe. I emailed the seller & he's ignored me for 2 days! I'm complaining to eBay & looking at suing him for reckless endangerment!!!

4/3/24 eBay gave them 5 working days to pick the scooter up. They ignored eBay, so I contacted eBay after 5 days & said they hadn't been in touch, eBay refunded my money and said the scooter was mine to keep & do with as I wish Green Power tried contacting me today to arrange to pick the scooter up & I told them it wasn't theirs anymore, but was mine & to contact eBay for proof. I also contacted eBay myself & eBay cofirmed I was correct. Thank you for gifting me a FREE scooter, Green Power!!!

It comes with a great alarm system, indicators for road travel, a really comfortable seat and a detachable wheeled basket to take with you when your shopping. Green Power products manufactured Cheating Me twice. Old items, items used already, no box, i never buy used items, I paid full price for new scooter, but Green Power manufacturers sent me oldest used items, I don't like this seller service. Cheating Me.
