Writer-director Quentin Tarantino revisits the seedier side of Los Angeles--following 1992�s RESERVOIR DOGS--with this funny, violent, tongue-in-cheek tribute to the less "classic" side of filmmaking--the potboilers and capers, the Blaxploitation flicks and gangster movies. The film interweaves three tales, told in a circular, fractured manner, which only fully connect by the time the final credits roll. The first story focuses on Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson), two hit men on duty for "the big boss," Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames), whose gorgeous wife, Mia (Uma Thurman), takes a liking to Vincent. In the second, a down-and-out pugilist (Bruce Willis), who is ordered to take a fall, decides that there�s more money in doing the opposite. The final chapter follows a pair of lovers (Amanda Plummer and Tim Roth) as they prepare to hold up a diner. Tarantino wears his cinematic influences proudly, bringing them to life in the ironically hip, self-referential 1990s. The result is a work that changed the face of independent cinema forever, making it a legitimate player in the Hollywood mainstream. The all-star cast steps into their roles with obvious glee, and Tarantino once again uses his soundtrack to up the "cool" ante yet another notch, making for a motion picture event that has worked its way into our national vernacular.

    One of the best

    Pulp Fiction is one of the best!!! It's An instant classic, I can watch this movie over and over and never get tired of it. Pulp Fiction is one of Tarantinos best films, the cast is superb, the plot is incredible, and the production is second to none. I actually just watched this movie for the first time start to finish over the holidays and I now know why everybody is always talking about it as being a classic. Travolta and Jackson are superb, and the rest of the cast is absolutely killer. Final Verdict: 5/5 Rent or Buy?: You can't go wrong purchasing this movie, it's that good.     Best Movie Ever?

    This is by far one of my favorite movies of all time, it is a Instant Classic. This is a movie you can watcth again, and again......and again and enjoy it each and every time! Nothing was out like this when Pulp Fiction came and and still there has never been a movie quite like it, it is truly unique and a Fantastic movie, I love every minute of it. I own this DVD and I suggest this movie for ANY Movie fan. This movie is GREAT simple as that.

    PULP FICTION - WHO NEEDS AN ADRENALINE SHOT?

    People love to complain about the violence and language(which this movie contains), but then again, this is Tarrantino. Good performances by Travolta and Jackson, along with Willis. This movie is pure madness? Who needs an adrenaline shot after watching this all star cast movie.

    Tarentino is a god

    This film kicks you in the teeth, then picks you up just to do it all over again, + Tarintino mixes the film up so you never know if your coming or going and he keps you guessing " does this sciene come before or after Ving Reims gets sautimized by the Gimp".
