patch incorrectly described as "sew on", Having sewn on 60+ patches (evidence attached) this one is thick and tough. Pictures sent by vendor only served to confirm difficulty in sewing. Patronising attitude and ceased communication/attempt to find an amicable solution - hence feedback

Sent multiple pictures of other customers having sewed the patches onto their bags, and explained how ours are thicker, more tightly woven and more durable than her other patches and advised her to use a thinner sharper needle. Customer didn't ask for refund or replacement, she just wanted to send condescending messages.
