Delivery Times
 
All orders are normally dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Mail within 1 working day of the order being placed. If your order doesn’t arrive you must notify us by email within 14 days of the order being placed as no refunds will be issued after that time. No guarantee is made or implied of next day delivery.
 
Returns
 
FlyTek Outlet sells items from our main store that have become slightly less fashionable OR have slightly shop worn packaging. The goods themselves should be in perfect condition unless otherwise stated in the listing. All faulty items will however be fully refunded unless the faults are detailed in the listing.
 
You must email us with details of any fault within 3 days of delivery and await our return email. The faulty item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of the original receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund.
 
Prior to sending your item back, please email us at sales@flytek.co.uk to explain the fault and await our return email. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
 
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund for any other reason than the item being faulty or is not as described on our site, in any other circumstances a £1.00 restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
 
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
 
Cancellations
 
If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made, you must notify us immediately. If the item has not been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund. If the order has been dispatched then you will be subject to our returns procedure (see above).
