    Early days yet only just started to take them after they were recommended for joint pain. Excellent price and fast delivery service. The quality is very good delivered in foil sealed pouch so easy to store. I know Turmeric with black pepper has antiinflammatory properties so will use every day and hopefully reduce an inflammation and apparently has no side effects which is always very good and definitely recommended in holistic medication.
