Expects 48 hour delivery from the moment of purchase. No, that's the postal service you purchased. I have up to a 2 day processing, which is part of my terms that eBay show with their ETA's. To top it all, buyer purchased over a Bank Holiday weekend and has not taken this into consideration. The cost relates to the service as a medium parcel due to weight. This is advertised at the time of purchase, so if the buyer didn't like it, he didn't have to purchase the item.

Unfortunately I can t give the Post Office feedback!!! When they arrived, I contacted the seller to let them know that it wasn t their fault. I have now paid for the items (they were refunded earlier). He asked for me to send a second batch. I was considering this, but (as has been proven in the past) if one parcel goes missing there is a strong possibility that the second one will not arrive too! It could be a scam. Buyer then put in a case and this made my mind up. Just allow a refund to take place. Buyer's made a "song'n'dance" over the matter and I think the negative feedback is unnecessary.
