One of the lunch bags arrived sliced with a knife. This would have occurred before the item was parcelled for delivery to me as the delivery packaging was not damaged. I asked for a replacement lunch bag to be sent. I was told that my only option was a $5 refund (the item cost $10) unless I was willing to pay for the item to be returned to the seller in China. As the item came to me damaged and unusable I think it is wrong not to give me a full refund or a replacement. Don't shop here.

I am not at all interested in contacting the seller over these placemats as it’s not hard to package something flat so they don’t curl!
These placemats are almost impossible to uncurl once they are so “folded”!
People that sell these things just do not care about how you receive their product.
