As described & prompt delivery time. Outter Packaging good. There was only one delivery guy who dragged the mattress across the ground down my pathway to my door. the packaging got dirty and because it was a double mattress I got covered in dirt trying to move the mattress from my doorway into the house. It would of been nice for the delivery guy to have offered help as I am disabled). The mattress itself when opened smell funny, I think its down to storage & rubber like mattress cover. It’s ok
