This seat is not extra wide at all as a matter of fact, that is even more narrow than the seat. I was trying to replace, which came on my Schwinn bike.

I thought it would be bigger but that's what I get for not reading the dimensions. Not a quality product for the price. It's more of a kids size wide seat. The surface area compared to a regular bike seat is about the same

Ordered two bike stands, one after the other. Both arrived damaged. Seller claims damage occurred during shipment. That's possible, who knows. Packaging was inadequate to protect product. After first damaged stand arrived, I offered to buy another at reduced price and stipulated the price I would pay. Seller did not honor my request and charged me more.
