Unfortunatelly didn't work for my Citreon C4 (2005 model) :(
It looked like the best solution in the market for CAN-BUS Steering Wheel Stalk Control Reverse Sensor Adaptor for CITROEN C4. But I was from the few unlucky ones that my C4 (2005 model) was "incompatible" with this adaptor since my C4 had a slightly different "platform" from the one that this adaptor recognizes - it does not translate the reverse sensor data from my CAN BUS properly. As a result I no longer have the ability to hear the proximity parking sensors sounds from my new audio system. Truth to be told I contacted the manufacturer (Connects2) and I got a complete feedback on the problem, but in order to find a solution I should travel with my car from Greece to their central offices in London, UK in order to check my system and figure out how to solve the problem!
