    This was an almost disaster for me as it was months before I got the shipment and no answer to two different emails, I was getting discouraged. When I did get the package, shipping and packing was wonderful and a note that there had been an emergency in the family and the person helping got behind and overwhelmed. Always keep in mind there may be a valid reason why you are not getting your package immediately. Hopefully everything is better.
